All sales of products aboard the ship are subject to Carnival Cruise Line rules and regulations. All products/services must be determined to be a good value and beneficial to the conference attendees before sponsorship will be allowed. This decision will be made at the discretion of the Texas Songwriters Cruise organizers and all decisions are final.

We are accepting a limited number of music industry business sponsorships for the 2nd Annual Texas Songwriters Cruise. We believe that there are many music industry products and services that would be beneficial to the songwriters that will be attending the conference, and we certainly want to make the songwriters aware of them.

We plan to make selected products and services available to the songwriters at the conference through two primary means:

	Samples of the product, business card, brochure, or other advertising medium will be provided to each songwriter when they board the ship and pick up their registration packet. Our initial idea is that all of these such products will be distributed through a "goody" bag, so advertising items must be relatively small.
	Some selected products may be made available for listening/viewing at tables within conference rooms between specific events during the conference.
